ELEVATOR LINKS (BAILS)

BVM's Work Over is API-monogrammed, rated to 150  tons and available in lengths 36" to 120". The links are forged from a single piece of high grade alloy steel. All links are certified, magnetic particle inspected, and 1.5x load tested. 

The weldless link is a unique link that connects the block hook and the elevator to allow the tubing or casing to rotate horizontally when removed from the hole. This API-monogrammed link is rated to 200, 250, 350, 500, 750, or 1000  tons. The links are forged from a single piece of high grade alloy steel. All links are certified, magnetic particle inspected, and 1.5x load tested. 

BVM's Electro weld (Perfection) is API-monogrammed, rated to 20 to 100  tons and available in lengths 18" to 84". The links are made from high grade alloy steel. All links are certified, volumetrically tested, magnetic particle inspected, and 1.5x load tested. 

The BVM Extension Links connect to standard links, eliminating the need to remove the standard links to install extra long links, decreasing downtime and part count. They are rated to 350 tons and have a length of 72", 96", 120", or 144". The links are forged in the USA from high quality alloy steel. All links are certified, 1.5x load tested, and magnetic particle inspected.
